1. Data we process
Data you provide. When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when you book a call, you may share your name, email address, company name, phone number and any information you choose to include.
Prospecting data. As part of our B2B outreach, we process professional contact details (name, role, business email, company) obtained from public sources and professional databases. We use this data solely for professional contact, and delete it on request.
Technical data. This is a static website: it sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tools. Our hosting provider may process technical data (IP address, browser type) in its logs for security and operational purposes.
2. Purposes
- Responding to your enquiries and questions
- Providing, performing and improving our services
- Contacting companies that may be interested in our services (B2B prospecting)
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights
3. Legal bases
Depending on the case: your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in presenting our services to a professional audience — always with respect for your rights and the possibility to object at any time.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by the following providers, to the extent necessary:
- Website hosting: Cloudflare (site delivery and security)
- Email: Microsoft (Exchange / Microsoft 365)
- Prospecting: Apollo.io (professional contact database)
- Scheduling: Calendly, when you book a call
- Fonts: Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers when the site is displayed
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Some are located outside Switzerland, notably in the United States; in such cases, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses, recognised data-protection frameworks).
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or for legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method, however, offers absolute security.
7. Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have it corrected or deleted
- Object to its processing, in particular to prospecting
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Request a copy in a common format
To exercise these rights, write to luis@chronolabs.ch. We respond as promptly as possible. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. External links
This site contains links to third-party sites (notably Calendly, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or their data-protection practices.
