Repetitive work, automated.

I design and build custom automations for Swiss companies. Not off-the-shelf software: a solution shaped around the way your team already works.

Is it automatable?

The same work, before and after.

I don't sell a catalogue of services. I start from what wastes your time. Here's what the most common transformations look like — across sectors that have nothing in common.

BeforeOrders re-typed into the ERP, several hours a week AfterAutomatic transfer between the two systems, zero re-typing
BeforeMonthly report assembled by hand from three files AfterGenerated on its own, in the right format, on the right day
BeforeInvoices and delivery notes processed one by one AfterRead, extracted and recorded in batch
BeforeInformation arrives by email and ends up in a spreadsheet AfterContent read, extracted and filed automatically
BeforeThree people email versions of the same Excel file around AfterOne single source, up to date, available to everyone
BeforeReminders and follow-ups done from memory, when someone thinks of it AfterTriggered automatically, at the right time, nothing forgotten
Your case isn't on the list?

That's normal — this list is illustrative, not exhaustive. I build custom: the starting point is always your process, never my catalogue. Describe it to me and within 20 minutes I'll tell you whether it's worth doing.

The three-question test

You can run it yourself, right now, without me.

01Does it repeat?
02Does it follow rules, even informal ones?
03Does it take more than a few hours a month?

Three yeses — it's automatable, whatever your sector or size. As a rule of thumb, a process that consumes 10–30 hours a month pays for itself within the year.

I work with the tools you already have:

Method

How it works

Three steps, no jargon, no upfront commitment.

A 20-minute conversation

You describe what eats your time. I listen and ask questions.

An honest analysis

I identify what's worth automating — and tell you plainly what isn't.

Build and hand-over

I build the solution, put it in place and train your team to use it.

What clients say

Client feedback from French-speaking Switzerland.

Luis built us an internal chatbot containing all our procedures. It's very easy to consult — especially for new colleagues.

Office Manager, SME

We now send a newsletter to our clients every week, with zero effort.

Director, medical practice

Our invoicing used to be done manually from Word templates. Now we just fill in an Excel file and everything is handled automatically.

Director, services company, VD

Swiss companies with real internal processes: manufacturing, distribution, logistics, fiduciaries, engineering firms, property management, business services.

And all the others. The sector matters less than whether the work repeats.

FAQ

Common questions

What people most often ask before a first call.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. I handle everything technical. You describe the problem, I build the solution and explain it in plain language.

What if my process is too specific?

That's rather a good sign. A specific process is exactly what no off-the-shelf software covers — it's where a custom solution has the most value.

How long does a project take?

Most projects are delivered in one to three weeks. A simple automation can be up and running in a few days; a system with several integrations takes two to four weeks.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty to thirty minutes to understand your business, identify your biggest time-wasters, and tell you honestly whether I can help. No commitment.

Do you work outside French-speaking Switzerland?

Yes — across Switzerland, and remotely with international clients.

Let’s talk.

A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If nothing at your company is worth automating, I'll tell you so.
